The Law Firm

Did you know? The very first Swiss Supreme Court’s judgment, rendered in 1875 (Ref. ATF 1 I 3), was about a peat mining exploitation company, near the border of the Thièle River, and expressly made reference to Le Landeron!

Almost a century and a half after this case, in November 2018, Gautier Aubert and Dario Hug founded the law firm Aubert-Hug, moving into the premises of Dr Jacques Aubert’s former medical practice at Rue de Soleure 13.

From 1 January 2024, they will be joined by Oriane Aubert, Jonathan Jenny and Caroline Sidler to found the law firm A2L, a new dynamic and professional structure.

This combination of skills means that, in addition to legal representation, the A2L law firm can also offer its clients various options for resolving their disputes, without necessarily having to go to court. The lawyers at A2L are therefore able to advise, represent and defend you in all areas of the law, with services ranging from representation in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings to mediation and arbitration. Each partner has his or her own area of expertise, and their respective knowledge and skills complement each other, so that we can work with you and for you to find the best solution to your situation.

In any event, the law firm and its partners will always be at your disposal and responsive to your needs.
