Me Jonathan Jenny

Jonathan Jenny studied law (Bachelor and Master) in Geneva and Neuchâtel. During this period, he assisted several professors with various projects at the Faculty of Law. Throughout his studies, he participated in the 2012 Swiss Moot Court and won the 2014 edition of the International Mediation Competition organized by the Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris (CMAP). After obtaining a grant from the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), Mr. Jenny worked as a research assistant for the University of Neuchâtel. He is currently writing his doctoral thesis on judicial conciliation in civil matters.

Mr. Jenny holds a Certificate of advance studies (CAS) in mediation awarded by the School of Social Work of Geneva (HETS-Genève), and also practices as a mediator. He is a member of the Neuchâtel association for the promotion of mediation (MédiaNE), and served on its committee from 2014 to 2023. He has also had the opportunity to guest lecture at the University of Neuchâtel and has been invited as a speaker or moderator of debate at various conferences and seminars on negotiation and conflict resolution.

After completing his internship and obtaining his lawyer’s license in the canton, Mr. Jenny worked as an associate in a local law firm. On January 1, 2024, he joined forces with Oriane Aubert, Gautier Aubert, Dario Hug and Caroline Sidler to establish the A2L law firm.

Mr. Jenny can represent you in all areas of law and before all judicial and non-judicial authorities. Drawing on his experience in negotiation and conflict resolution, he places great emphasis on finding creative and sustainable solutions for his clients. A native French speaker, Mr. Jenny also has proficiency in English and communicates in Italian. He is able to advise and represent you in several languages.
