Me Caroline Sidler
Caroline Sidler studied law at the University of Neuchâtel (Bachelor’s degree, 2006-2009) and then at the University of Zurich (Master’s degree, 2010-2012). After being admitted to the bar in the canton of Fribourg in 2016, Ms. Sidler worked as an assistant federal prosecutor at the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland (OAG), State Protection /Terrorism/Criminal Organisations Division, in Bern (2016–2020). At the same time, Ms. Sidler obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Criminal Magistrature.
Building on this experience, Ms. Sidler founded her own law firm in August 2020. Since then, she has put her experience and commitment to the benefit of her clients. Ms. Sidler represents you in all areas of law and before all judicial bodies (conciliation, first instance, appeal authority, Federal Supreme Court, Federal Criminal Court, etc.) and administrative bodies. As counsel, Ms. Sidler will also help you avoid being a party to a long and costly legal procedure, in particular by assisting you in the drafting and/or signing of contracts of all types.
As of January 1, 2024, Ms. Sidler is joining forces with Oriane Aubert, Gautier Aubert, Dario Hug and Jonathan Jenny to create A2L, a firm of dynamic and professional lawyers, located in Le Landeron, in the heart of the Entre-deux-Lacs region.
Ms. Sidler is a member of the Neuchâtel Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association, the Neuchâtel Young Bar Association and the Swiss Society of Criminal Law.
