Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process aimed at restoring communication between parties. In this context, they are accompanied by an independent, neutral, and impartial mediator who will assist them in finding their own solution. Mediation can take place in various areas, including conflicts in couples or other family disputes, neighborhood conflicts, workplace conflicts, lease disputes, construction disputes, succession disputes, or any other conflict where a relationship has been strained.

Mediation can prevent lengthy and costly legal proceedings and aims to enable the conflicting parties to find their own solution, without it being imposed on them by an authority or third party.

Oriane Aubert also collaborates with other mediators in the canton, offering the possibility of being heard through co-mediation.
