Holder of a Bachelor of Law from the University of Neuchâtel (cum laude), Romane Diacon continued her studies at the University of Lausanne, where she obtained a Master of Law in Legal Professions (magna cum laude). This two-year interfaculty program (120 ECTS) enabled her to develop multidisciplinary skills related to judicial practice.

In order to obtain her lawyer’s license, Romane Diacon joined the law firm A2L as a trainee lawyer in July 2025.
